1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the aci44 platform and all services related to it. aci44 is an online entertainment and gaming platform that provides users with slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and other interactive gaming experiences.

aci44 may request documents to verify your identity, age, and address at any time. Withdrawals and certain services may be restricted until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and the associated funds may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Management

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed.

3.1 Account Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) secure and confidential.
• You are personally responsible for all activity conducted from your account.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the aci44 support team immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Closure

aci44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons: violation of the Terms, suspicion of fraud, indications of money laundering, or activity harmful to the normal operation of the platform. Accounts may be closed without prior notice in such cases.

4. Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on aci44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The accepted payment methods on the platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposited funds must come from your own account — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• The correct user reference must be provided at the time of deposit, otherwise the deposit may be delayed.
• aci44 reserves the right to reject any deposit for a valid reason.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Winnings earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

aci44 provides various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, and those specific terms will apply alongside these general rules.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Some games do not contribute to bonus wagering, or contribute only partially.
• The maximum bet limit must be observed while a bonus is active on the account.
• aci44 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse or manipulation of the bonus is suspected.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may not use any single bonus offer more than once.
• Bonus offers are only active within their applicable time period.
• aci44 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

aci44 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of the bonus system or promotions.
• Using automated software, bots, or other technical tools for gambling.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Fraudulent behavior toward other users or colluding in gaming.
• Disrespectful, threatening, or abusive behavior toward platform staff.
• Creating or operating an account on behalf of, or for the use of, minors.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the aci44 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and game content — is the intellectual property of aci44 or its associated licensors.

• Copying, distributing, or modifying content for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use of the platform is prohibited.
• Platform content may not be used commercially without prior permission from aci44.
• Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the platform is not permitted.

You may request to close your account at any time. Any available balance must be withdrawn before account closure; however, conditional funds (such as bonuses with unmet wagering requirements) cannot be withdrawn.
